This is the August thread for suggesting new FAQs, suggesting changes to existing FAQs, posting errors in existing FAQs, and for changes to/additions to/errors in site copy which is not FAQs.

Invite codes email

The "your request for invite codes has been granted" email apparently just has a link to manage/invitecodes; it doesn't have the codes in the email. I'd suggest putting the codes in the email itself, as for the normal invite code granting email, unless the number of codes is more than, say, 20.

It doesn't appear to have the usual footer, either.

(This is testing on my Dreamhack - I haven't had the email on the main site to compare, but I would guess this is one of those things where the docs stuff is in the code. Anyway, do say if you think this should go through dw_suggestions instead.)

I'd suggest sending it to dw_suggestions if only because I don't think i have access to the place where that email is generated and so can't modify it. [Also I think your suggesting requires including code that will add a variable -- ie, the codes the email is about -- and I don't know how to do that.]

I'd really love it if this one takes off, though: I can never remember who I sent what code to...
