I'd suggest sending it to dw_suggestions if only because I don't think i have access to the place where that email is generated and so can't modify it. [Also I think your suggesting requires including code that will add a variable -- ie, the codes the email is about -- and I don't know how to do that.]

I'd really love it if this one takes off, though: I can never remember who I sent what code to...

http://www.dreamwidth.org/manage/invitecodes?full=1 should already tell you what email address you sent a code to, provided you sent it from the invite codes page.
