The end of "Free accounts can vote in polls but can only create polls in a paid community if they maintain it" is no longer true. See http://dw-news.dreamwidth.org/9143.html: "With our last code push, free users are also now able to post polls into paid communities. The poll creator doesn't recognize this (it will in the future), but if you manually write the poll code or ask a friend to create the poll code for you, you'll be able to post a poll in a community as long as the community itself is paid."

It needs to be edited as well. From "Ability to create polls: N" to "Ability to create polls: limited" I guess.

Thanks! I'll grab someone who knows their way around a table [it took me three hours to make one tiny change to that FAQ the last time, an experience I am not eager to repeat] and point them to it.

I'm okay with HTML tables if that's any help, or does it need to be someone who's on the docs team?
