FAQ 117?
esn.security_attribute_changed.account_activated.email_text and esn.security_attribute_changed.account_deleted.email_text both say in the text:
Please immediately read FAQ 117 [[http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=117]] to learn what steps you should take to resecure your journal.
Changing that to http://www.dreamwidth.org/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=117 doesn't currently work and brings up this error:
[Error: Can't call method "render_in_place" on an undefined value at '/home/dw/current/htdocs/support/faqbrowse.bml' line 56. @ dfw-web02]

But you're right, right now we don't have any FAQs explaining how to make the account secure. You probably want some mention of FAQ 3 (how do I confirm my email address?) http://www.dreamwidth.org/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=3
When we use the FAQ interface, we can write
lj://faq/3and it automatically expands to the full URL. (This is backend stuff so nobody's bothered to change it to dw.) I don't know if that works on the docedit pages too?no subject
site://faq/3should work - it was changed to be non-site specific.no subject
