I'm sorry for not clarifying this before. When you're dealing with site copy stuff through the translation system, leave the FAQs alone for now. A lot of them are still being rewritten by the FAQ team, and when they are all written, we'll be handling them separately. Thanks.

Oh dear, would those be the longer paragraphs? If so, my apologies.

It's anything where the code begins with [faq]. there are a lot of longer paragraphs that aren't part of the FAQ. The FAQ is all listed below all the other translation strings.

If you have updated any of the FAQs, though, then there's no harm done. It's just that it's wasted work for now. I should have made myself clearer in the past.

I have a feeling this is already on a list somewhere, but as I'm feeling a bit overloaded with information I haven't the foggiest idea where to look and my wiki-search-fu is sorely lacking.

When using the 'tell a friend' link, the page you send from has at the bottom of the form "Dreamwidth Studios Team
Read the latest Dreamwidth news at http://news.livejournal.com/". The email you get ends with this link as well. (and the link actually takes you to LJ not DW)

I don't think that's quite right. ;) If this is already in the known issues, great! If not, I'll gladly put in a bugzilla thing or add it to a wiki page if only I knew where it goes! Of course, if I knew that, I'd know where to look to see if it's already on a to-do list. *sheepish smile*
