report necessary docs changes here

With Bugzilla defunct (RIP), we're still talking over what the process will be for reporting docs-related bugs, since they won't quite belong in the replacement system (Github Issues) we'll be using for code bugs. In the meantime, as you spot FAQs that need to be updated (or added), leave a comment here just so we don't forget them before we work out the replacement.

General Getting Started FAQ

As mentioned by http://www.dreamwidth.org/support/see_request?id=30218, we don't have a tutorial FAQ which addresses the bare essentials (posting, searching for journals, subscribing and joining) and is aimed at everybody, not just LJ people. I think it would be nice to directly link to the update and search pages at least then link to FAQs or categories which explain things further. Like a starter kit.
