FAQ/site copy suggestions

I realized it's been a while since there's been a "suggest improvements to the FAQ and site copy" entry. This is that entry.

FAQ 137 no longer talks about PayPal or anything, but a small type crept in: In the paragraph that starts "If you decide to pay by credit card", it says "charing" about halfway through (should be "charging").

ha, i rewrote that whole thing when I was typing with two pencils loosely held in my hands. I'm surprised there aren't more. Fixed!
