http://cesy.dreamwidth.org/security/friends gives my access-only entries, there's http://cesy.dreamwidth.org/security/public and http://cesy.dreamwidth.org/security/group:NonRL etc.

I'm not sure you understood my question. What I need to have is the URL for where *I* would go on DW to do this, and as much information about the process as you have.

http://ivorygates.dreamwidth.org/security/public and http://ivorygates.dreamwidth.org/security/friends seem to work, though I can't see any filtered entries you have. The only other thing I've discovered is that (at least on Tabula Rasa and Zesty), at the bottom of my entries where it lists the custom friends groups I've locked it to, those names are a link to pages such as http://ivorygates.dreamwidth.org/security/group:CustomFriendsGroup1, which allow me to see all the entries locked to that group.
