http://dw-suggestions.dreamwidth.org/5648.html -- indicates that there's some confusion about linking to users on DW vs elsewhere. I'm not sure if this is necessarily a FAQ issue, but perhaps a general site copy issue?

Hm. Could go either way. Doing a second tagging faq might not be a bad notion. afaik, there's no reason not to put the same information in multiple faqs.

Maybe a "how can I link to people" FAQ? Covering both on DW and on other sites?
