It says: "Exclude content restricted to people age 18 and older" Should be: "Exclude content restricted to people age 18 and YOUNGER"

Nope, that's a correct usage of "restricted to."

I can see it going either way. I'd suggest a complete rephrasing for clarity, but it's too late at night for me to suggest what that rephrasing might *be*.

Agreed; this is technically correct. Substitute "limited" for "restricted" and the intended meaning might be clearer.

Suggested rephrasings:

"Exclude all age-restricted content"
(since NSFW is technically not considered age-restricted content on Dreamwidth, as I understand it)

"Exclude all restricted content marked 18+"
(can substitute synonyms for "marked" if it would be more in line with other site text)
