Do Free Accounts have customized comment pages?

Hi,

I took a look at the FAQ (What are Paid Accounts?), and there wasn't anything about it on the table. I know both Live Journal and Insane Journal's Free accounts have disabled customized comment pages. I just want to know if that will be the same here, and is it documented anywhere, particularly in the FAQ?

I've checked this with a free community and could have a customized comment page.

Yes, but I don't know if that's an official feature, or an instance of something that was turned on by mistake, and will be turned off in the future. Like Advanced Customization. I wanted to know what its status is/will be.

I agree it probably needs documenting, but: in LJ and in DW the option is the opposite.

On LJ, you click to DISable custom pages. On DW you cick the last box, bottom section, to ENable.

Also, make sure you've clicked the box for comments in your own style on the manage accounts/display tab page.
