Missing faq?

What are paid accounts? (http://www.dreamwidth.org/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=4) states "Ability to forward domain to journal" as a benefit for paid accounts.

Can't find any more detail anywhere ...

Cross-poster (again)

When using the cross-poster, if you select Disable comments on crossposts made to other sites on you accounts page a message "This entry was originally posted at http://xxxxx.dreamwidth.org/0000.html. Please comment there using OpenID.", clearly indicating it was cross-posted.

If you don't disable comments at the receiver end though there is no indication that it was cross-posted at all.

I'm not sure if this is a missing feature (_option_ to include "This entry was originally posted at http://xxxxx.dreamwidth.org/0000.html") or a needed clarification on the accounts page.

Personally I'd like the fact it was cross-posted to be automatically included, but I can see not everyone might.

Thoughts?
