crossposting to communities

dear FAQ-team --

http://www.dreamwidth.org/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=98 should contain a mention that we do not permit crossposting to communities.

Done, but someone might want to go in after me and tidy it up and explain why we don't permit such crossposting. Also, it may need to be it's own FAQ under "Communities."

Also, the REPLY box in this comm vanishes under the calender and links boxes on the side, so I can't see half of what I'm typing in reply at any given time, and THAT IS REALLY ANNOYING.

*stepping in from lurkerhood* I think you're running into this bug, maybe?

It looks like it yes. But AFAIK, I am not "viewing with either large fonts, or small resolution" although I could be wrong about that.

Police baffled.

Okay, yes, problem goes away when I reload page in Light Style. I hate Light Style.

Cranky poster is cranky.

I have no problem (Fx 3.0.9 on XP), it's right under your comment. Weird glitch in the CSS? I'm getting one of them on my layout, really annoying, but at least it's my fault as I coded from scratch.

Oh, hi there, additional reason why I love Dreamwidth and think it is awesome like pie.
