Copy Editing: Save button is grayed out!

I tried copy editing four different pages and on all four, the [Save] button was grayed out. Does this mean someone is already proofing the page? Or is it something else?

Edit: And now it's not grayed out anymore...

To sitescheme it will require unframing it. (Which should also happen, because frames = kill kill die die blood argh.)
