We've just made two changes to the caps file (who can do what):

* All users (not just paid users) can now post by email.

* Userpic limits upped: free users get 15, paid users 100, premium paid 250

Requesting documentation thereof!

And 153 should probably have the paid account prices pre-nov 1 removed.
