Caps edit

We've just made two changes to the caps file (who can do what):

* All users (not just paid users) can now post by email.

* Userpic limits upped: free users get 15, paid users 100, premium paid 250

Though I'll admit to being a bit surprised. After all, the original numbers weren't arbitrary but resulted from number-crunching - do the numbers crunch differently now that you have some "real" data compared to your predictions?

Because the (small) paranoid part of me is thinking that this change is only for "marketing" reasons and will "faw down do boom" at some point financially.

Yup, our userpic numbers were always done with extreme amounts of fuzz, and we chose on the very low end to be safe. We've got more data now.
