#120, #60 and #61 use the word 'maintainer' and, checking community settings and profiles, I've realized 'maintainer' is the word used on LJ: DW uses 'administrator'. So these FAQs need to be updated, I think.

Edit: #106 et #10 also use the word 'maintain' instead of 'administer'.

Edit2: it's also used on several site pages/error messages. Create Community to name one.
